CE MARK, DECLARATION OF PERFORMANCE & SERIAL NUMBER

This is located on a label attached to your door. It shows the standards to which the product complies and also you can locate your Declaration of Performance details as required by European Law in the Declaration of Performance page. Do not remove this label as it must be in place to validate your warranty.

DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY

If your door is to be power operated, your door must be supplied with a Declaration of Conformity for both door and motor. This ensures the door and motor comply with the Machinery Directive. This is a white copy you sign & keep after your door is installed.

OPERATING MANUALS & MAINTENANCE MANUALS

These are included in your pack once your roller garage doors have been installed. If misplaced they can be found via our contact details or on our operating manuals page.

SERVICE RECORD/REPORTS

If a service or repair is ever completed on your roller garage doors we will complete a record on file that will get posted out to your property once completed to keep in your files for a later date if ever needed. We recommend having a yearly service but it is down to customers discretion.

WARRANTY/GUARANTEE

This can be found in your pack after your installation and is needed if you ever need to commence something on your door. We offer one of the longest guarantees in the roller shutter industry and honour these until your guarantee is exempt.

The Guarantee we offer is 5 years on tubular motor, 2 years on manufactured parts & 10 year colour finish.
